Campus Ministry Director

We are seeking a Director of Campus Ministry to lead ACTS. The Director will need to be a Spirit-led, dedicated follower of Jesus who is self-motivated and able to lead students with wisdom and love. The Director will lead ACTS’s day-to-day ministry, investing directly in students while equipping the volunteers, churches, and supporters who make the ministry possible. Responsibilities include teaching and leading Bible studies, discipling students, recruiting and developing volunteers, supporting fundraising efforts, building relationships with partner churches and supporters, and overseeing the planning, administration, communications, and logistics that keep the ministry running effectively. This is a role for someone who wants to invest deeply in a season of life when students are asking their biggest questions. 

Job Requirements

• Devoted follower of Christ with a regular practice of spiritual disciplines, and a committed member of a church family
• Experience leading Bible studies and spiritual conversations with seekers, with the aim of bringing them into a saving relationship with Christ
• Bachelor's degree 
• Willingness to worship regularly with McKnight Crossings Church of Christ, the employing congregation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
