Arms of Hope- Summer Ministry Internship

Arms of Hope’s Medina Campus is seeking ministry-minded students to join our campus ministries as summer interns. The intern opportunity will provide valuable life and work experiences under the supervision of the Director of Ministries. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: assisting in campus ministry, organizing planning, and executing volunteer group activities, and assisting with other social services summer programming. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, flexible work environment with plenty of opportunities for creativity. Interns will be involved in multiple camp-like experiences throughout the summer. The internship requires a flexible, summer-long commitment.

Expected to professionally complete summer work assignments, our intern will learn to work in various ministry and basic level child care experiences. Day to day tasks will involve working with volunteer groups,daycamp, residential care children, and our single mother’s program. Whatever the task, the intern will have an opportunity to make a significant difference to the entire campus community, residents, volunteers, and staff. Candidates must be a believer in Jesus Christ, spiritually mature, and grounded in their faith, as well as an understanding of the importance of modeling strong values and moral character. The work is challenging but very rewarding.
