We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Market Manager to oversee all aspects of station operations You will lead a team of professionals in sales, marketing, production, programming, and administration to achieve the stations’ strategic objectives. This role requires a leader with a strong understanding of the broadcast industry and excellent management skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and developing strategic initiatives within the broadcast TV and digital media landscape.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior management role within the television broadcasting industry, with a track record of driving revenue growth and audience engagement.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead through change.
