The Rocky Mount Church of Christ, in Rocky Mount, Virginia, is seeking a full time
Preacher. The minister will be responsible for preaching on Sunday mornings, teaching
bible classes as assigned, conducting personal bible studies as needed, visiting as
needed, and supporting congregational activities. The successful candidate will work
with an active Eldership and congregation. Since the congregation was formed in 1986,
we have been served by five preachers, all retired or moved to be near family. Our
current preacher will continue to serve as an Elder and mentor to the new candidate if
needed. We value our congregation as a close family. We have recently focused on
growing our youth to service and community outreach. While we appreciate experience,
we also value those growing and seeking a work. Other information about the church
