Fifth Street Baptist Church in Levelland, TX is seeking a bi-vocational youth/student pastor who can lead our students in growing spiritually and becoming more Christ-like. Our ideal minister would be bi-vocational, live locally, would possess strong biblical knowledge, and have excellent public speaking skills. He would further mentor our youth and fostering strong relationships with parents. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with the pastor in developing and overseeing all aspects of the youth ministry, including weekly programming, spiritual development, discipleship, and outreach. This individual must also hold to and teach our church's doctrinal statement which can be found on our website.
