Youth Minister

Our vibrant youth group has a long track record of participating in and leading summer youth camps, mission trips, and area-wide youth events. We seek someone who will partner with Conejo parents, church leaders, and other Southern California Youth Ministries to motivate and guide our youth to embody Christ-centered, Spirit-led lives in service to God in ways that will be a blessing to others.

Job Requirements

An ideal applicant will have a degree in Ministry, Theology, and/or Biblical Studies, with experience in leading at youth events and worship, teaching classes for young people, participating in hands on community relief efforts, etc.

Job Benefits

Compensation will include a competitive full-time salary (based on education/ experience) and a complete benefits package.
