QuarterFour (formerly Cardinal's Sport Center) has been a Lubbock institution for sporting goods in Lubbock since 1946.

Although the original store was known as The Sport Center, the name was changed in 1969 after being purchased by Johnny Cardinal. As a local store, QuarterFour will continue to provide customers with the latest in performance and sport technology, while remaining small enough to make sure each customer is given individual attention.

QuarterFour prides itself in customer service, local youth and school sponsorships, and our ability to serve the surrounding community. The store has grown and changed in many ways since 1946, but offering excellent sporting goods and superior customer service remains the ultimate goal.

We are looking for Sales Associates, with focus on Customer Service, that want to thrive in a daily work environment.

Starting pay is $10/hr. with merit raises quickly, based on performance.

Job Requirements

You must have the following qualities and qualifications:

• MUST be 18 or older
• MUST be a legal US Resident
• Having your own vehicle is preferred
• Weekend & Holiday availability
• Not afraid to make suggestions or ask questions when unsure about a product/process
• Must have the ability to learn and receive constructive criticism
• Ability to multi-task on multiple projects
• Detail oriented and punctual to work
• Self-starter that takes initiative into researching or creating new ways to promote the store
• And last... Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a big smile
