• Collaborate with the Development Team to plan and execute fundraising initiatives and events.
• Partner with the Corporate and Community Donations Coordinator to build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community partners.
• Solicit In-Kind Donations: Assist in drafting and sending donation requests, tracking responses, and managing acknowledgments.
• Maintain Donation Data: Create and update detailed records of donor interactions, asks, and contributions using spreadsheets or CRM tools (training provided).
• Support Auction Planning: Help curate auction items and packages, gather and organize donations, and assist with the setup and execution of the Fall Festival Auction.
• Fundraising Item Coordination: Help source, track, and pick-up items for fundraising efforts throughout the year.

Job Requirements

Must be 21 years or older, pass a background check
