The Meridian Woods Church of Christ is seeking a full-time minister. We are located in Tallahassee, FL and have been meeting for 60+ years in a community that has significant continuing education opportunities, as well as access to 100,000+ college students in the city. We are a diverse congregation of about 100 members led by five elders. We strive to offer meaningful worship and ministries that engage people of all ages and backgrounds, serving God and our community in unity. We desire to become a more outreach-focused church. The ideal candidate is strong in the Word and has a sincere love for God and for people. A bible degree and preaching experience are preferred.
Job Requirements
- Have served as minister or associate minister.
- Ability to preach effectively.
- Ability to develop and lead teams.
- Ability to understand and communicate the role of the local church.
- Evidence of a commitment to the Meridian Woods Mission and Vision Statement.
- Remain a member in good standing at Meridian Woods Church of Christ.
