Neck Breaker Vinyl Company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shop Operations Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our shop by supporting vehicle preparation, maintaining organization, and assisting with general shop duties. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.

Job Requirements

Vehicle Preparation:

• Clean and prepare vehicles for the wrapping process, ensuring they meet quality standards.

• Inspect vehicles for damage or imperfections before and after wraps.

• Organize and stage vehicles to support the installation team.

Shop Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including tools, materials, and workstations.

• Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, notifying management of restocking needs.

• Ensure the shop meets safety and operational standards at all times.

Team Support:

• Collaborate with installers and management to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling and documentation.

• Provide general support to ensure projects are completed on time and to customer satisfaction.

Customer Interaction:

• Occasionally assist with customer inquiries and updates, ensuring clear communication.

• Act as a liaison between customers and the shop team when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical ability to perform tasks such as cleaning vehicles and organizing the shop., assist with production when needed.

• Basic knowledge of vehicles or automotive work is a plus but not required.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
