Outreach and Ministry Development Minister

We are seeking a mission-minded minister to help lead our congregation into a season of renewed outreach, connection, and spiritual growth.  We desire to become a church that turns outward - drawing people from our community into meaningful relationships with Christ and fostering a culture where families and members grow and serve together.  

Position Overview  

This role focuses primarily on outreach, relationship-building, and ministry development.  The minister will help create welcoming pathways for new families to connect and return while encouraging and equipping existing members to become more engaged in discipleship and service. 

Preaching will not be the primary responsibility, though opportunities to fill the pulpit as needed are expected.

• Equipping parents and members to grow spiritually and serve others
• Creating systems that help guests feel welcomed, connected, and valued
• Communicating vision clearly in person and through digital platforms

• Relational, energetic, and approachable personality
• Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable
• Ability to develop ministries and mobilize volunteers
• Comfortable working with either a core congregational leadership group or eldership
