Connections Minister

North Oaks Church of Christ is looking for a Connections Minister who is passionate about people and compelled by the Good News of Jesus. This role lives at the intersection of outward-facing community engagement and intentional guest integration—spending significant energy building relationships with young adults (ages 18–35) across the Santa Clarita Valley while also ensuring that every person who steps through North Oaks’ doors is warmly received and genuinely followed up with. The right person for this role is an entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in wide-open spaces, sees a largely unbuilt ministry as an invitation rather than an obstacle, and carries both the relational warmth and creative initiative to help North Oaks reach the next generation for Christ.
