Adult Ministries Pastor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work directly with Executive Leadership to shape vision and strategy for Lifesong’s assimilation and small groups ministries.
• Oversee Lifesong’s assimilation efforts, facilitated through a two to four step process, to help individuals learn more about Lifesong, become part of the church community, and get involved on a team (Dream Team).
• Directly lead the development, execution, engagement, and expansion of Small Groups for the purposes of community, care, and spiritual formation of the church body.
• Oversee the Care ministries in collaboration with the Care Pastor.
• Oversee the Impressions ministry in collaboration with the Impressions Director.
• Build and manage the Adult Ministries budget and ensure its proper stewardship.
• Track key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement of ministry to, and activation of, the body of Christ.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Proven experience building and leading teams
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a Pastor or Director role
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
