Youth and Family Minister

The Youth & Family Minister will be responsible for developing, leading, and nurturing ministries that encourage the spiritual growth of our youth and strengthen families within the congregation. This role will work closely with parents, volunteers, and church leadership to foster a Christ-centered environment for all ages.

Job Requirements

Graduate from a Church of Christ sponsored college or university

• A strong faith rooted in New Testament Christianity
• A passion for youth ministry and family discipleship
• Ability to communicate effectively with youth, parents, and church leadership
• Experience with technology is a definite advantage, including:
  • Website maintenance
  • ProPresenter
  • Facebook and other social media platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively with elders, ministers, and volunteers

Job Benefits

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $45,000–$55,000 (negotiable based on experience)
• Parsonage provided
