Decision Point

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to reaching the next generation with the gospel by equipping students and partnering with local churches for campus outreach. We are expanding our ministry across the U.S. and are looking for passionate leaders to help build gospel movements in schools and communities.

Position Overview

As a Campus Ministry Field Staff member, you will:

• Share the gospel with students and equip others to do the same.
• Recruit and mentor student leaders and volunteers.
• Build partnerships with churches, pastors, and community leaders.
• Coach and develop ministry teams.
• Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care.
• Help expand Decision Point's ministry in your region.

Qualifications

• Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally.
• Passion for evangelism, discipleship, and student ministry.
• Mature Christian committed to biblical values.

Compensation

Salary: $40,000–$75,000 annually (based on experience and location).

Decision Point staff also build a team of prayer and financial supporters. Comprehensive training and coaching are provided throughout the fundraising process.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Ministry experience in church or para-church setting preferred.
• Travel: Must be comfortable traveling frequently by airplane. This role will include consistent travel locally and some travel around the nation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
