Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit committed to proclaiming the gospel to the next generation by equipping students and partnering with local churches to reach middle and high school campuses.

Position Overview

As Oklahoma Campus Ministry Staff, you will:

• Coach and disciple student leaders to share the gospel with their peers.
• Build relationships with youth pastors, churches, and community leaders.
• Recruit and develop volunteers and student leaders.
• Help expand Decision Point's ministry throughout Oklahoma.
• Spend 50–75% of your time in the field during the school year.

Anticipated Start: Spring 2026 or later, as God provides.

Qualifications

• Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for evangelism, discipleship, and student ministry.
• Willingness to travel throughout Oklahoma and occasionally nationwide.
• Mature Christian committed to biblical values.

Compensation

Salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

As a nonprofit ministry, all Decision Point staff raise prayer and financial support. You'll receive comprehensive training, coaching, and encouragement throughout the fundraising process.

Job Requirements
