Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to proclaiming the gospel to the next generation by equipping students and partnering with local churches to reach middle and high school campuses.

Position Overview

As a Chicago Area Campus Ministry Staff member, you will:

• Coach and disciple students to share the gospel with their peers.
• Build relationships with youth pastors, churches, and community leaders.
• Recruit, equip, and mentor student leaders and volunteers.
• Help expand Decision Point's ministry throughout the Chicago area.
• Spend 50–75% of your time in the field during the school year.

Anticipated Start: Spring 2026 or later, as God provides.

Qualifications

• Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Chicago area and occasionally nationwide.
• Passion for evangelism, discipleship, and student ministry.
• Mature Christian committed to biblical values.

Compensation

Salary: $40,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Decision Point staff raise prayer and financial support as part of their ministry. Comprehensive fundraising training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Ministry experience in church or para-church setting preferred.
• Travel: Must be comfortable traveling frequently by airplane. This role will include consistent travel in the Chicagoland area and some travel around the nation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
