Join Decision Point, an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to equipping students to share the gospel on their school campuses and online. As Campus Ministry Staff, you'll coach student leaders, partner with local churches, and help expand campus outreach throughout the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor students in evangelism and leadership.
• Build relationships with youth pastors, churches, and community leaders.
• Travel throughout the L.A. area to support campus ministry initiatives.
• Advance Decision Point's mission of reaching the next generation with the gospel.

Qualifications:

• Ministry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for evangelism and discipleship.
• Willingness to travel and work full-time (45+ hours/week).

Compensation:

• $48,000–$64,000/year, based on experience.
• Includes support-raising as part of Decision Point's ministry model, with training and coaching provided.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Travel: This role will include consistent travel in the L.A. area and some travel around the nation.
