Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to reaching the next generation with the gospel through school campus and online ministry.

We're seeking a passionate Campus Ministry Staff member to coach student leaders, build relationships with local churches, and expand ministry throughout the Inland Empire.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor student leaders.
• Partner with pastors, churches, and community leaders.
• Travel regularly throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding areas.
• Help grow campus outreach and disciple students.

Qualifications:

• Ministry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for evangelism and discipleship.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Compensation:

• $48,000–$64,000 annually, based on experience.
• Staff members raise financial and prayer support with training and ongoing coaching provided.

Job Requirements

Hours:  Full-time (45+ hours per week) 

Key Relationships:

Inland Empire Campus Ministry Staff report to the L.A. Area Director, Doug Goulding, and collaborate with other area staff on the L.A. team.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience: Ministry experience in church or para-church setting preferred.
• Travel: This role will include consistent travel in the L.A. area and some travel around the nation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
