North Carolina Campus Ministry Staff

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to equipping students to share the gospel on their school campuses and online. We're seeking a passionate ministry leader to disciple students, partner with churches, and expand campus outreach across North Carolina.

About the Role
As a Campus Ministry Staff member, you'll coach student leaders, build relationships with pastors and community leaders, and help grow gospel-centered ministry throughout the state. This is a field-based role with regular travel, mentoring, and leadership development.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a passion for evangelism and student ministry
• Communicates and leads effectively
• Enjoys coaching and mentoring others
• Is organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Has ministry experience (preferred)
• Holds a bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)

Position Details

• Location: North Carolina
• Schedule: Full-time (45+ hours/week)
• Salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually
• Support Raising: Staff raise personal prayer and financial support with ongoing training and coaching provided.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Experience: Ministry experience in church or para-church setting preferred.
• Travel: This role will include consistent travel in the area and some travel around the nation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
