Minneapolis Campus Ministry City Director

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit equipping students to share the gospel on their campuses and online. We're seeking a Campus Ministry City Director to lead student outreach, coach leaders, and build partnerships with churches throughout the Minneapolis area.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and grow campus ministry in Minneapolis.
• Coach and disciple student leaders.
• Partner with pastors, churches, and community leaders.
• Spend 50–75% of your time in the field during the school year.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a passion for evangelism and youth ministry.
• Is a strong leader, communicator, and relationship builder.
• Is organized, self-motivated, and mission-driven.
• Is willing to raise personal ministry support with training provided.
• Ministry experience is preferred; a bachelor's degree is helpful but not required.

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience)

Job Requirements

Hours: Full-time (45+ hours per week)

Job Qualifications:

• Experience: Ministry experience in church or para-church setting preferred.
• Travel: This role will include consistent travel in the Minneapolis area and some travel around the nation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
