Indianapolis Area Campus Ministry Staff

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit equipping students to share the gospel on their campuses and online. We're seeking a Campus Ministry Staff member to coach student leaders, partner with local churches, and expand campus outreach across the Indianapolis area.

What You'll Do:

• Coach and disciple student leaders.
• Build relationships with pastors, churches, and community leaders.
• Spend 50–75% of your time in the field during the school year.
• Help grow a movement of student evangelism.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a passion for evangelism and youth ministry.
• Is a strong communicator, leader, and relationship builder.
• Is organized, self-motivated, and mission-driven.
• Is willing to raise personal ministry support (training provided).
• Ministry experience is preferred; a bachelor's degree is helpful but not required.

Salary: $48,000–$64,000 annually (based on experience)

Job Requirements

Hours:  Full-time (45+ hours per week) 

Key Relationships:

Indianapolis Campus Ministry Staff report to the Indianapolis Area Director and collaborate with other Decision Point staff.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience: Ministry experience in church or para-church setting preferred.
• Travel: This role will include consistent travel in the area and some travel around the nation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
