We are looking to hire a person to work as office administrator/church secretary.
Job Requirements
This is a paid part-time position. The person needs to be proficient working with computers and able to handle Microsoft Office, Adobe, email communication, internet and social media platforms. Duties include: preparing orders of worship, announcements, newsletters, bulletins, updating the online directory, managing the church calendar and sending out weekly connection details for on-line classes. This person would need to be able to be physically present at the church building four hours per day during regular weekday office hours to answer phones and receive and open mail or other deliveries/visits. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
